This Magento theme is comprised of two parts: (1) The PHP code and integrated HTML are licensed under the OSL-3.0 license as is Magento itself. You will find a copy of the license text in the same directory as this text file. Or you can read it here: http://opensource.org/licenses/osl-3.0.php linking fromhttp://www.magentocommerce.com/license/ (2) All other parts of the theme including, but not limited to the CSS code, images, and design are licensed according to the license purchased.

The License allows use of the item in one single end product which end users are not charged to access or use. You can do this directly or, if you're a freelancer, you can create the end product for one client to distribute free to its end users. You can charge your client to produce the single end product. Distribution of source files is not permitted.
